What do I receive if I order directly from the website?
When you purchase an on-demand item directly from our website, you are buying a blank garment, without custom printing. You can arrange your own printing after receiving it.
How long does custom printing take?
Custom printing takes approximately 2 weeks to complete before shipping. Contact us to discuss your artwork and printing requirements before placing a custom-printing order.
How long does shipping take?
- Air shipping: approximately 2 weeks after dispatch.
- Ground shipping: approximately 45 days after dispatch.
Shipping time is additional to production time. For custom-printed orders, allow approximately 2 weeks for production, plus the shipping time for your chosen method. These times are estimates.
Which shipping method and rate apply at checkout?
Orders placed directly through our website use air shipping by default. The shipping rate shown at checkout is the air-shipping rate.
